It happened first time in the history of hospitality industry of Pakistan that, five hotels has attended learning session under one roof and shared their experiences and common challenges with internal and external customers. The participants were from MARVEL HOTEL, HOTEL CROWN PLAZA LAHORE, HOTEL SUNFROT, PARK PLAZA & HEAVEN HOTEL. This learning session of “Leader Vs Manager” opened up a new shared platform amidst all competitiveness. I will put all efforts to continue this practice in future because I believe this will be a big support, paving a carrier path for hoteliers’ in Pakistan.
