Second session of 3C model “COMMUNICATE-CONNECT-CARE” was conducted in KULSUM International Hospital (KIH) on October,13th 2015. The purpose of this learning session was to train the hospital staff (Patients Service Officers, Billing, Admin, Accounts & Cash officers & staff) on all aspects of communication skills for patient care, as well as its importance regarding efficient team work.
