"TEAM BUILDING" training session was another learning episode at PAKISTAN ORDNANCE FACTORIES (POF) WAH. The session was conducted for senior managers of POF on December 26th & 27th , 2016. "Teamwork" & "How to build highly effective Team" was the pivotal point of learning along with group activities and role plays. Participants have shown keen interest and learned to be a professional team leader. Based on the comments received from participants I certainly believe they have netted knowledge about the subject.
