Negotiation Skills training at POF (August 12th 2017)
"Negotiation Skills" training session was conduct on August 12th 2017 with the participants from Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF).
Leonardo-de-Vinci once said “Learning never exhausts the mind”. Learning is a lifelong process and it evolves us day by day-hopefully for a better person. In training sessions, usually participants are young or middle aged professionals, but this session in POF WAH was different as majority of participants were seasoned gentleman with an average of 27-30 years of experience in the organization. In contrast to any reservations that a trainer might have, two days sessions with this group was one of the most interactive, enthusiastic sessions that I have the pleasure of conducting. Participants with their vast experience had to share anecdotes as well as personal stories. The experience was indeed an opportunity to learn and relish. Thank you POF management for the opportunity
